The first conversation is informal and gives us time to get to know one another. You can describe what matters to you, ask questions and share your ideas. There is no need to prepare a finished concept. I listen carefully, explain the process and help you decide whether my approach is a good fit.

For a wedding, we talk about your relationship, the moments that shaped you and the promises you want to make. For a funeral, we focus on the person who has died, their character, relationships, memories and the way they touched other lives. I turn these conversations into a carefully written speech that sounds personal, honest and warm.

Can ceremonies be held in different languages?

Yes. Ceremonies can be held in German, English or Portuguese. A bilingual ceremony is also possible when family and friends speak different languages. We discuss which parts should be translated, who should be included and how the ceremony can remain natural and easy to follow for everyone present.

Can you help with music and personal rituals?

Yes. Music, readings, candles, flowers, photographs, letters and other symbolic gestures can all become part of a ceremony. There is no required list. We choose only what supports your story and feels authentic. I can also help coordinate the order of contributions so that the ceremony has a calm and coherent flow.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

For weddings, an early conversation is helpful because it leaves enough time for planning, meetings and revisions. Funeral ceremonies are often arranged at short notice.
